The customer care IVR of Vodafone does not provide an option to reach or contact a customer care executive..... I am using a post paid SIM of Vodafone in Rajasthan......when ever there is a problem of any kind.....I am unable to contact a customer care executive who can help resolve my problem.............121 facility of Vodafone in Rajasthan is poor...............even when u select the language option as 'english', u hear the conversation in hindi only..............
