Vodafone — unjustified charges. | |
i run a vodafone connection since last three months. they have many times taken my balance off by various purposes. they give you a vocal call and ask you to press any digit for example 5 if you accept the offer. but [censored] the company as you press any button they accept the entry and cut off your balance... i have everytime immiediatly called to the customer care and they say..."sir pls call after 24 hrs as we cannot see any entry here" then in some hrs your balance evaporates to there pocket and when you call them again...they simply say "sir, ab to balance kat gaya hai...now we can't do anything..." this is a really bull ...i have lodged a complaint application to t.r.y and they say the this is a genuine case any i will be provided with claim from vodafone...today i am going to seek a "vakeel" and if i win the case...
