[Resolved]  Vodafone — Fraud in billing - Plan 444 & Plan 555

Hi

This email is in regard to a fraud by Vodafone against my Mobile No [protected]. We got numerous calls from Vodaphone to buy new plans or additional plans but we never agreed to that just because of getting so many calls again & again in frustration we said YES so that we will not get the same calls again & again. We have actually purchased a Plan 444 but for the last 4 months we are using the additional Plan 555. I did called Vodafone Customer Care 2 months back that I wish to discontinue the additional Plan 555. And they assure me that it will not be added in the next month. After that I haven't checked my bill for the last month and paid the Bill. But this time I was about to pay my Bill before due date but I checked that the same Plan 555 is still in continuation, I did called on them again for the same on this Friday 25 July 2008 and they assured me that the payment will be reversed and they will confirm me on Monday 28 July 2008 i.e, Today but no responce. I did called them today again on Vodafone Customer Care and after 20 mins of call their Manger PREETI again told me that they will try to sort it out by Tomorrow 29, July 2008. I told them clearly till the time it has not been sorted out I will not pay the bill, so she threaten me that THEY HAVE OTHER WAY OF GETTING THE BILLS BY THEIR COLLECTION AGENTS.

Its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

my vodafone no is [protected] im a previlage customer of vodafone thats why company give me 1 customer query manger of vodafone . mr amit is my customer care manager last 2 years in last 2 years i got very very high and unresonable bills from vodafone everytime i made a phone or massages complain to him and every time he gave me atrust that there is some problem from our romaning partners as soon as we clear we justify your bill and at the end of my billing date they cutof my services and make me fool i always paid my bill this cycle running last 2 years they cheated me like anything .
this time also the same thing goihng on the height is they dnt have time to tell me what is going on on my issues before a month they send me sms that you dntpay your bil;l bzcz we are talking with our romaning partners and there some mistakes in your bill and after 5 days suddenly they cut of my services i again talk with amit he restarted my services bt said you have to pay the bill
my story is very long story till this moment i ddnt get justice. I NOW CALL VODAFONE AS A FRAUD AND CHEATER CELL COMPANY IN 3 DAYS I WILL PLANNING TO GO TO THE COUERT AND CONSUMER FORME AND MEDIA ALSO.
