[Resolved] Vodafone — Non-reversal Wrong credit of payments | |
I am a client of vodafone(Hutch) (MOB :[protected] since the last 5 years in Delhi. Suddenly on 27th Aug (at 10:40 pm) I got an SMS from a no 193 stating that " Thank you for your payment of Rs 300 by eBillpay towards your vodafone bill. It will be credited to your account today". I was surprsied no end, as I didn't / nor anyone I remotely know has made any payment. I reported the incident next day by calling Vodafone Care no. No action till now has been taken when I called up today (04-Sep) . In the meantime, I have made my due payments of Rs 690 through net banking. Cust care cant give any asurance of reversal of Rs 300 and keeping it at their suspended a/c or something similar. Today they won't debit. Suddenly, after 2 months, they will realise on complaint from actual client and debit my a/c. Even after my confiormation of non-payment of Rs 300 they are not acting. I am being made to suffer for no fault of mine. I JUST TRIED TO BE HONEST WITH THEM. HOW CAN SOMEONE ELSE I DO NOT KNOW MAKE MY PAYMENT ? MOREOVER, IT MAY NOT BE THE OTHER [PAYERS FAULT. COLD BE BECAUSE OF WRONG TYPING BY THE VODAFONE CARE EXECUTIVE ? I AM GOING TO SUE VODAFONE FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE. Was this information helpful? | |

No.Balance in my cell phone but allowed chared vice sms so it is rong option so my amount refund to me.
