sir, i am from visakhapatnam (AP). i had sent a sms to the number 56789 from my phone for activation of my caller tune (hanuman chalisa)for which 15 rupees was deducted from my account. but it was not acivated. then on contacting the customer care they initially gave misleading informations and then on forcing again and again they forwarded a complain. i waited for about a month but there was no result. then thinking that they might not having this caller tune i changed it this month by sending another msg to the same number 56789 (tumko dekha toh ye khayal aaya - new tune). for which again 15 rupees was deducted. but it was also not activated. on contacting the customer care they are again saying the same misleading information such as : it is already activated, switch of[censored]r mobile remove the sim again replace the sim and it will be activated within 1 hour etc. one customer care executive named prasad and then another named ajay were among those who give these kind of false information. sir, kindly do something. i was using this connection 1year as postpaid no. now i had changed as prepaid no. all the formalities of this connection are properly submitted to your vodafone store. [protected]-[protected] the no is completely barred.please see and make it me connection properly because that number both out and incoming calls are barred. we are telling you wont gave an id proof. at last i'l gave two more i.d proof of that no. i had given last 10 days back to your vodafone store at erode. please ignore that make it connection as soon as possible...
