Vodafone — Non Refund

My refund amount is still on HOLD with Vodafone. The responses from Customer care and Retail Outlets are very bad and unethical. When I took a postpaid connection, with ISD activation, I was asked to pay Rs. 1500 as security deposit. When I activated ISD, I was told that it will be refunded when I close the connection. I closed the connection due to worst customer service and bad connection. My ISD calls only will disconnect fo r every 45 sec, so I had end up in paying huge money . This is their trick to get more bill. Then when I actually closed my connection, I waited for confirmation to pay outstanding, for refund of security deposit. They turned back very late...irritating.

Still I am struggling to get the refund and I went to the retail shop three times...the WORST CHEATING FRAUD COMPANY...is VODAFONE .

Pretty much, ITS JSUT a FRAUD COMPANY, i too ended up loosing my despoit and paid from my pocket.
