[Resolved] Vodafone — Outgoing call stopped for no reason | |
Dear Sir, I am working for multinational company, mitsui O.s.k. line. i have taken a connection of vodafone and my number is [protected]. My last date of bill payment is on 27th of every month. to my surprise i received a call from vodafone stating that she is from vodafone and forced me to pay the bill immediately though as per my bill date there was still lot of time was available for me. The vodafone company stopped my out going call and message service immediately on 23/10/08 though my last date of bill was 27/10. As i was travelling and i was totally cut of from my office and family due to which the company has suffered a loss. We had spoken to vodafone customer service but they very arrogantly said they cannot do any thing. We request your goodself to pls take up the matter accordingly and help us to recover the loss happened because of thier wrong attitude. with regards Emmanuel Was this information helpful? | |

Vodafone — Out going is stop
I took a connection of Vodafone some ten days back through our company. I was asked that initially for two or three days it will work as a pre paid connection and after that automatically will convert into post paid connection. After 3-4 days my out going calls were stopped saying your documents are in complete.My caller ID was also stopped.I submitted all the documents required by them and I was replied that it will take some time to restart as post paid and you may refill your connection if you want.I refilled my number on saturday.When I contacted executive he told me that you will be able to call imediately after refilling.
But still my coneection has not been activated.Neither I can call any one nor I can know who is calling me as my caller ID has been stopped.
I am trying to contact customer care service and their executive who has given me the connection, but no one is picking up the phone nor they attending my complaint.I am in totally dark.Even after paying money I am unable to avail service.
