[Resolved]  vodafone caller tune activeted autmaticaly and no custmer care — complain about vodafone caller tune activation

haii, my name visunath parvi my mobile no is [protected] and caplain no is[protected] i am living in bhayndear, on 20 jully2009 at 9:15 am i am trveling in train duringh that time i was speking one of the my frined wrongly due to hevey rush wrogly i preesed * (star) butten witen in secand vodafone activited a caller tuen in my no which i dont reqired . i hate caller tune i imidetly call to vodafone custmer care to stop this service that time i was spoken to mr kapil, he put my call on hold and within in secend my phone call disscancted, again i was call them on that time i have spoken to mr sayyad, he told me we dont revese it its your mistek we dont konw.and he rold me that u dont now how to oprete a phone.
then i visited vodafone store there are i wasted my 1 hours but no helo is given by them floor manager raima khana told me that we are not ging ti give any revrsal evene she not given any latter or any proof why they cut down my bal only due to press *
45 ras not mens any thing to them . again i visited andhri (w) after 1hour they taken my werten camlain but till know no help from tghere side
