Dear Vodafone Support/ Customer care Team,

I am facing similar issue, with Blackberry Internet services. I have observed few detrimental things that could share with Vodafone Team. When we additionally pay for Blackberry Services Plan why is our phone and phone number not registered with Blackberry yet.
It is been weeks that I am using Blackberry Services since the time I came to India from London and strange my services still not enrolled with Blackberry even after 3 weeks o[censored]sage.
These below are the Service Providers Status Details:
Phone Number: Unknown (Why when number is registered and we pay to get this registered services), Raises concerns???
Blackberry Internet Services: Not connected ???
Coverage: edge (It should be EDGE)???
Provider: Vodafone IN
Active Profile: Not Connected ???

If Vodafone is incompetent in providing Blackberry Services than they should say NO and why are we customers being misguided. I have been to Vodafone stores all they say is we can not do anything, and it is really bad to hear from such a big company. You should hire professionals. Very first week I spoke to support Agents and they said it will not happen again. It happened again the second week and then I reported last week and Again again again. I am damn missing out very important emails. All they say is directly take out your battery and insert it again. How on earth you are supposed to do that every hour to receive email. This is really disgusting behaviour from support staff. Neither I am unable to browse internet on browser and nor receive emails.
It is just waste of Time and Money and Vodafone is making us consumers as "Monkeys" and passing the ball from 1 court to another.
It is not only for Vodafone it raises a Question Mark on RIM Blackberry also. Ideally the money that we pay in addition to phone bills should go to RIM to register the sim card and phone, so that consumers unobstructively use required services. All other countries pay the service money to RIM then why not India Vodafone. I pay £5 extra to obtain Blackberry services every month in London UK. RIM should follow up with Vodafone.
