[Resolved] Vodafone — mobile number barred | |||
My name is Biju TK my mobile no;[protected] . Availing the mobile portability am transfer from BSNL to Vodafone at that time am submitting my ID and Photo in Alappuzha vodafone authorized out let before one month . but as of now i cannot use the mobile number which is used by my mother so am not at all happy with vodafone . May be portable customer get these type of experience so what is the use of mobile portability . Today also am talking with the customer executive they tell like previous replay like with in 48 hrs it will be active ... In portability am transfer my three BSNL to vodafone if i didnt get any solution am forced to back to my BSNL . My contact no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
