[Resolved] Vodafone — Change of plans without intimation | |||
Hello, I had migrated from Vodafone Postpaid to Prepaid close to 2 years back. While migrating, the usage plane was Second billing. Recently, all of a sudden they have changed the plan to 1 rupee per minute and when I asked an explanation they are saying that there will be a call back from Vodafone in 48 hours, now it has been 10 days, but no calls or any response from the customer care. I have been using the connection for 6 years and have been loyal to them, I am very shocked to see such a kind of response from them.
