[Resolved] Vodafone — charged Rs 30 without service | |||
By mistake dialled *567*810# and got a message saying "your mci WILL BE activated in sometime" Before Vodafon could activate that service, I immediately messaged CAN MCI to 144 to deactivate this service. The service deactivation message was received, but to my surprise Rs 30 were immediately deducted as well. This is ridiculous. As no confirmation message for SERVICE ACTIVATION was given, but within 2 mins 30 rupees were deducted for service not provided. For god sake, PLEASE CHARGE FOR WHAT YOU PROVIDE. I accept my error of making that call, but immediately i made amends for that too. Kindly give an explanation of this wonderful mechanism on which your billing works and reimburse my amount, or number portability is the only option im left with. Was this information helpful? | |||
