[Resolved] Vodafone — Charges more than credit limit | |||
Dear sir/ madam I would like to rechecked my bill... As my credit limit was sett at 1300 nad i have received a bill of rs.3687.28/- Why do we sett credit limit? So that when our cell is missused by some application or virus we should atleast know or should be intimated through sms or call. I have been charged for gprs... As in todays smart phones all the applications are automatically updated consumer cannot knw hw much internet is used or going to be used... When i have sett my credit limit to rs.1300 its your duty to informed me about the limit crossing beyond 1300... I have received sms on 28th of this month intimating my credit limit is set to rs.3900/- but who told to increase the limit I have had a talked with your help line 198, miss zillahvaz (Mumbai head she had given me this email id) [protected]) & mailed as attached As per the talk with miss zillahvas " its the loop whole we are helpless " thats what her statement was... But i am not going to suffer for your problem or loop whole I m liable to pay rs.1300/- as per my credit limit and would like to sett the credit limit of rs.700/- for future and would also like to stop the itemised bill service What ever may be your answer "you will" or "you will not" plz give with proper explanation so that i can proceed with the process accordingly Thankyou Mohammed raza Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Amount charged but Credit not given
Dear Sir,I recharged my prepaid mobile with Rs. 200 on my VODAFONE mobile no. [protected] on 12th June-10. Though I received the re-charged message transaction id UE [protected] on 12 June but no balance was given in my account.
Requested to look into & solve the same as I have lost my money without getting the benefits & the company has cheated me. Vodafone has cheated me.
Pl. be noted that there are plenty of such issues going on with Vodafone company & the consumers are suffering indeed.

Vodafone — not informed regarding credit limit
himy vodafone data card no. [protected] has been charged 27000 for the current month.
i called customer care he said my credit crossed triple the amount .credit limit was of
12000.i was amazed @ the exuberating amount .at least u could have breiffed regarding
the same .i was never told that its the companies priority to set the credit limit. n howcome
my net service got debarred only after crossing triple the credit limit n not not on crossing 12000
.
i mean this doesnt make sense.please take n immediate action .as i m busy most of the time.
vodafone store takes half n our to take complains n they often don't give the complete information
i cant make calls to customer care from my no.[protected].please take immediate action n only the shall i pay the bill.

Vodafone — credit
I am a retaler of vodafone. i am register with vodafone with the name 'SONI COMMUNICATION' . Company debit my a/c with 475rs. with any information . And my retaler costomer care no. 765 and 121 is also discontected. Till now i don't have any informtion about my balance.
