[Resolved] Vodafone — Charging 1RS/SMS during 12 to 2 am even when free SMS pack is active | |||
Hello, I have activated free SMS booster for Rs.47 (100 SMS/Day for 28 days). But they have been charging 1Rs/SMS everyday from 12 to 2 am. If they are charging SMS for 2 hours per day, for the complete package they will charge for around 56 hrs (28*2) i.e. almost 2.5 days. When I called customer care person, he said that is server updating time and the SMS will be charged at that time. So I asked him to connect to his higher official and he said ok putting me on Hold. I have been waiting for more than 30 mins. But no one spoke to me. I tried again several time. They not even picked my call. If you are not going to resolve this the only option left with me is to leave quit vodafone services (along with other 4 connections in my family) My Mobile number: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
