[Resolved] Vodafone — cheated by vodafone, worst customer care | |
I recently purchased 3G dougle [protected], at the time of purchasing call center told me “3GB data on 3G speed after that 128-512 kbps speed on 2G.”
But I am only getting speed 64kbps in 2G.
So many times i called Customer care regarding this, then they told me "You are wasting my time"(worst customer care i ever heard.)
Even nodal officer are not responding in this matter.
So Guys don't buy any internet plan from Vodafone, I am going to consumer court for this. Was this information helpful? | |
