[Resolved] Vodafone — Cheated plan was 3g and activate 2g | |||
Sir, I sanjay badarwal moblie number [protected], has taken 3g internet plan. I have many times complaint about the service to the customer care for last 3 months that i have not getting 3g speed on my net connection number. But they had given no response to me even the technical team has not contact me. I am getting 2g speed instead of 3g. It has suffer my work and most of the time i have to go some internet cafe for surfing which cost me a lot. I have waste my money and time in such a poor service. Please look into this matter.
