[Resolved] Vodafone — Complaint is not address since 16 days | |||
I made a request for Talk plan change, since i got a very late reply from vodafone i mentioned then to cancel my request and even got a confirmation mail from one of the executive stating the request cancellation (mentioned below) Dear Mr. Senthil, This is in response to your email dated 22-Jun-2012 regarding tariff change for your mobile numbers [protected]. We regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. As per telephonic conversation had with you today, we had ignored the request to change the tariff plan. In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. We will do our best to help you. Happy to help, Sundep kaur. Corp Care Till Now i have writen to them for 3 times and havent got any call from vodafone to resolve this problem. Got calls from relationship managers, i mentioned the problem to them but no use. Every month i end up with a problem from vodafone and am getting disturbed a lot by this problem. Plz suugest me how can i register a case against Vodafone for such a worst service.
