[Resolved] Vodafone — Complaint regarding vodafone no. [protected] | |||
Hi, Vodafone has disconnected my service (phone no# [protected]) which is not appropriate on their part. As I have got below issue, I didn’t pay my previous bills. I was not able make most of my calls and receive any call from 1st Apr, 12 to 13th May, 12 due to error message coming on my mobile “SIM card registration failed”. That’s why I didn’t pay their bills. Request you to kindly look into this matter as after complaining several times, Appellate authority and nodal officers are not giving satisfactory reply.
