[Resolved] Vodafone Corporate Connection — Ignoring disconnection request | |
Dear Sirs, I am a Vodafone customer for the past 4 years. Though i have registered for DND with Vodafone as well as at NDNC, which is active, i continue to get unwanted calls/SMS's from external parties as well as Vodafone marketing. In view of this harassment, I have been asking Vodafone for deactivation of my connection, but they are doing the same. During the course of discussions with Vodafone, I was offered a number change free of cost on 16th June, and yesterday they have sent my bill for last month including changes of Rs. 250/- towards change of number. When contacted they are stating that the credit has been provided for the same and will reflect in my next month invoice. When I need a deactivation of the connection I fail to understand why they are stating about next month invoice. I am tired of writing to the Corporate Relations team as well as speaking to the customer care team for getting my connection deactivated. I have copies of the communication which I have had with Vodafone team. I have also stated very clearly to them that they need to furnish a fresh invoice for the previous month after removing the charges for number change, upon which I will be making the payment. Can you take this up as a formal complaint and help me get this connection deactivated and get my security deposit refunded?.
