[Resolved] Vodafone — Customer care executive use to abuse customer | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I recharged my mobile([protected]) vodafone by rs-100. After recharge i got msg from vodafone that the caller tune has been activated on ur mobile and rs-30 has been deducted. I shocked and then call 111 toll free for vodafone care i have described the issue to the customer care executive. But he was ignoring me ant at last he abuse. Hence i'm writing this to you.
