[Resolved] Vodafone — Customer care executives fooling us | |||
On 9/1/2013 I have lost my cell phone & for blocking the SIM card, also asking for a duplicate SIM card I called Vodafone Customer care(111 no) around 11.30 pm. They had blocked the mobile services & promised me that duplicate SIM will be delivered to us within 24 Hrs. Today is 14/1/2013 still I have not received SIM card. When I enquired to Vodafone customer care they told us to go to Vodafone gallery & pay 2Rs. and take duplicate SIM. Now it's not possible to take new request. I think they have not keeping there word & unnecessarily they are troubling customer. They only told us within 24Hrs. we'll get our SIM card. Now they are not sending the SIM card.
