[Resolved] Vodafone — Customer Cheated by Vodafone DSA | |||
Dear All, This complaint is regarding the wrong information shared by DSA & then no one in the system wants to resolve the same. DSA Name: Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd. Contact No. [protected] ( Always Switched OFF) Address: Andheri (E). We had a requisition for a Postpaid Connection for SIM Card & Plan of MYOP (99+49) on the number as shared by DSA agent. On Friday 06.07.2012, the DSA filled the form & details & took the money(Rs. 350) from us. We had given a confirmation for the desired no. [protected] On Tuesday, Verification was done. Later in the noon call came from Vodafone that the number which we had given earlier is not available with them. Thus we requested, if not return back the money. Till date no one responded on the same. We are calling up-frontally on their numbers. But neither the Verification Team is also not picking the calls for the complaints. This is an best example how a customer is being treated by Vodafone. Treat this an urgent. As if I am not getting the said number. Request you to cancelled the same & return back the money. I can't chase more to Vodafone on daily basis. If I don't get refund for the same, I need to change my current services from Vodafone to Other Service providers. Waiting for an revert asap. It doesn't seems 48 hrs is too long. If at all you received a complaint. The same should be revert back through call. So that Customer could get any infos during his complaints.
