[Resolved] Vodafone — customer service issue | |||
I have called several times to vodafone customer care regarding a duplicate sim card for ([protected]) but neither i am getting my duplicate sim card nor am i getting a vaild response. I have visited twice to a vodafone stroe to get my duplicate sim card issued but they say that they are short of sim card. They have issued the sim card for almost 5 times and according to their data every time the sim card was delivered, which also means that they dont verify the person before giving the sim card. The last 2 representative i talked to were Tarun and Rupesh. Tarun disconnected the call once he felt that he would not be able to resolve the issue and the last time when i talked to Rupesh i requested for a supervisor and he said "I WILL NOT GET A SUPERVISOR" then i proceded with my issue and without informing i was placed on hold for more than 1 hr. I am very disappointed with the vodafone service. If there is anything else i could do to register a complaint i will make sure i do so. Was this information helpful? | |||
