[Resolved] Vodafone — customer service sucks | |
I subscribed to unlimited GPRS 2G plan and later called to deactivate my music station and astro pack service I inquired if a 3G plan can work with my existing 2G and the CCE stated yes and activated 1G for 250 3G plan To my shock i get to know that my 2G plan has been deactivated which i subscribed a week ago When i called in and complained on 16th Nov i was assured a resolution by 6 pm that day No calls or resolution till now I walk up to vodafone store in shakti nagar for follow up and no electricity there looked like a fish market Despite paying you guys 750 bucks i have to use data on pay per use the dumb CCE did not know his basics that 3G does not work in my location and activating that pack will kill my 2G plan and the dumb manager who promised me a resolution is forgetful i am copying this compliant on all consumer websites and your Facebook page you guys deserve it my number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
