[Resolved] Vodafone — Data usage balance deduction [protected] | |||
Sir, I am using vodafone services M [protected] (Ported number). I was using GPRS pack of Vodafone of Rs. 96 which got expire on 26/09/12 at 11.59Pm. Exactly after 10 minutes means at 12.10AM I have given request from my handset as *444*96# for activation of pack of Rs.96 for 1 GB data. I got a message at 12.11 AM that data pack have been activated on my handset (Apple Iphone4G). Immidiately I confirmed for Data balance, It was reflecting in data balance. I start surfing on my handset and At morning I noticed that Rs 195 have been deducted from my account. i called customer care they didnt give me appropriate answer. They replied me that i have been charged for DAta usage. I said that data was credited in my account after that how u can charged . They dont replied me correctly and said that May be ur previous data session was logined. Due to that u r charged from your main account balance, i said that this is ur system fault where is my fault. But they totaly denied me to give me refund. Sir plz help me as i have charged 96 for data pack and rs 195 for data usage. Where is justice?? If my pack was activated on 12.11AM than why i am being charged for after 12.11AM usage and if i asked them for how much data have been charged to me as standard rate 10paisa 10KB they replied that we have summary of only charges not data.
