[Resolved] Vodafone — D&D rules not followed | |||
Hi, I am a vodafone customer ( [protected]) for last 2 years. I am really afraid as why they are not at all responsive and kind enough to handle customer's hue and cry. I registered myself for DND (Do not Disturb) few months ago. I did not receive any calls/ sms for few months and now suddenly for the last 20-25 days I have started to receive 2-3 unsolicited commercial calls regularly. I don't think that Vodafone is following the guidelines that TRAI has issued for unwanted calls for all the telecom service providers. I still get Calls from Vodafone Servers. I have registered this complaint to Customer care executive more than twice and hope they will take any actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
