[Resolved]  Vodafone — deactivation without prior permission

Hello Sir,
I have a complain regarding the service provided by vodafone network.On 3rd septemper i had activated the blackberry internet service of charge 399 per month,as per my sms request sent to them the service was activated and rs 399 was deducted from my balance.But after 4hrs they deactivated my BIS service without informing me,nor had i sent any request regarding the deactivation. on visiting the vodafone store i had shown the proof as my last three transaction and message details.the deactivation command was not given.it was deactivated from their side without any reason.
i kindly request you to transfer the deducted balance on my num [protected]. As i did not get the service for what i had paid.

As per my complaint i did get a call from Ur side regarding the transfer of balance on Friday.As the person told me the balance will be transferred by Monday on my number, but sorry to reply back as the stated balance has not been transferred yet on my number. kindly look in to this matter and transfer the balance as soon as possible.
hope u look into it and i need not have to reply again for no respond.

hello mam,
i wud lyk to knw when my balance is gonna be transfer n my number.this is really cheating on customer where am being paid for service i dint use.after geting call its been a week and no action has been taken.where else should we complaint if we dont get satisfied from consumer foram.
