[Resolved] Vodafone — Deducted 150 rupees unnecessarily | |||
Hi, My name is deepika sridhar. I have a vodafone number [protected]. one week back , i recieved a message from vodafone that some TV service has been activated and also 100 rupees has been deducted. soon i sent a deactivation on that. i even recieved an acknowledgment. but today again , money has been deducted. when i call the customer centre , they are not responding properly. Please note that i am not a novice in using a smart phone and i myself am a software engineer, so i will not foolishly activate some service and maintain i did not do that. also the money has been deducted for suing the service on 21st nov 2012 at around 3-4 AM twice. this is the root of suspicion because i like the whole worl was asleep during this period. people like you should not keep quiet and scold the customer care if they did not respond properly threaten them that you would move to TRAI for which they definitely respond.
