[Resolved] Vodafone — deducting the balance

Dear sir,
I am using vodafone connection in my blackberry mobile.
I had activated blackberry dataplan of Rs.199 for 15 days on 1st May 2013.
After activation,m using the services but today(3 may 2013) the had deducted approx Rs.100 from my balance o[censored]sing the net and saying that no data plan is activated on my no..
Please help me sir..
