[Resolved] Vodafone — Demanding unnecessary amount | |||
I have ported my number from Vodafone to IDEA on 27th Feb'13 and paid the last bill of Rs. 1750.00, however they are generating the bills for the month of Apr'13 for Data Usage charges, howcome they can generate the bill when im not using their services. As per my plan i was entitled for 5GB free data usage so in any case they can not charge for internet. Moreover, they have barred my services due to same reason. Please guide me where i can sue them and how. Now i want to register a case against this fraud and trouble im facing due to my number is barred. Please suggest me.
