[Resolved] Vodafone — Did not get full talk time amount | |||
I am using Vodafone no, I did recharge it with full talk time amount of Rs 555 on sat 25th Aug 2012. I did not received full amount for the same although its mention on site as full talk time Top up but i got only Rs493.93. I called thrice customer care every time they had different excuse for the same and assured me that with in 24 hrs I will get my remaining top up amount. Today Executive told me that this is a segmented offer which is mentioned on site but no such information is mentioned on the site. Services provided by vodafone is getting worse with time. Their customer executive dont have proper information they always miss guide customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Not got full talk time added
Hi,Some days ago I recharged my mobile phone [protected] after confirming from the vodafone customer care that I will get full talktime of 333 if I recharge with same . But after recharging I got only 174 rs talktime .When I called to customer care executive they told me that they cant o anything in this and for furher information I should visit my nearby vodafone office .
I am a working guy an can not follow them up .
Please consider my complaint and do whatever best can be done .
