[Resolved] Vodafone — Disconnect Postpaid Service

Hi, This is to inform you that i had a Vodafone postpaid no.[protected] taken some 4 months back. After 10 days of its use, i lost my Vodafone Sim. Since, than i have not used it any further. But monthly bill keeps coming to my address. I have cleared all previous dues even though i have not used the connection after its 10 days of connection. I have already told this to one of the Vodafone executive in customer service. I again got a bill of payment Rs.326.45 this month(September). This is a highly ridiculous service. Since, you're using postpaid connection, rentals will be charged until we receive a request to disconnect the number. We see that your number was activated on 10/05/13 and was in use till 17/06/13 on WB roaming.
