vodafone customer — Disturbing Very Much

Respected Sir/Madam,

One of the customer whose vodafone number is [protected] is disturbing very very much to my
phone which is [protected].

Can you take any action on that? If not how can you take action.

Vodafone is Disturbing Me in Stupid manner. Please Activate Do not disturb Service on My Numbers. I don't want any promotional Calls OR Massages on my Mobile Phones & either any offer calls from Tele marketing Company & Vodafone itself also. So please log my complain against service provider.Because I had requested more than Hundreds time Orally for this Problem. My cell numbers are [protected] & [protected]. Please support me as soon as possible...

Another thing to tell u that yesterday i got diduct my few rupees from mobile so p;ease if I am using any type of service Plz deactivate that i thing. I will be highly obliged for act of this kindness.

Vodafone is disturbing me by sending unwanted messages. I receive atleast 20 to 25 unwanted messages in a day. It really irritates me a lot to read the unwanted messages received in my cell.

Hello Sir, I m Dhan Bahadur karki, very much disappointed with Vodafone services as m getting every day a IVR call related to Bhakti sagar caller tune for which i have been charged Rs 2 per day at my mobile no. [protected] and when i didnt recieve also i have been chardged the same amt . and i call 198 and 111 customer care to solve this but they says it will b resolve by 24 hrs but now it had been 9 days no resolution have been done yet till 2day, so pls do kindly help me to sorrt out the problem or else i will discontinue your servicves
