[Resolved] Vodafone — Too Many SMS to DND Number | |||
I am registered with the NDNC for more than a year now, but this has not helped in checking the unsoliciated SMS flow to my Vodafone number. Now it has increased to such a proportion that it is becoming difficult to manage. As it seems I am targeted by a couple of SMS campaign providers with messages like, TD-REN, TD-IMAGES,TD-JAYDEV,TD-PRITHVI,TD-UNICON,TD-SRI SAI,TD-INNOVATIONS,LM-VANHEUSN etc. There are times when I receive multiple copies of the same message within a span of a couple of hrs. From day 1 I have been getting sms from these too. It seems Vodafone has no customer care number on which you can talk to an executive. All numbers give automated reply. If this continues Vodafone will flop in India. How can they leave customer care.
