Dear sir/madam i buy a post paid connection on[protected] at Vodofone store-palavkkam ,chennai-41, i paid 551 for activation,but still i am not get activation[protected] ,time 1.54pm)vodofone committed within a day activations complete,but now they didn't take proper actions, i directly went and visit the vodofone members,still they are gave irresponsible statements so please do the needful regards rajesh kannan [protected] chennai-41 Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — delay in services committed
i had transfer my telecom service from prepaid to postpaid on 20th january 2012.. and was committed 100 free msg+500 local minutes+1 vodafone no. free from lifetime.neither of those commitments are fulfilled and i have been billed a amount of Rs.700 due to negligence from the service provider.
i had called the customer care more than 100 time , they always come up with a reply - your services will be activate in 72 hours.
today when i called they said that there is no such service on your number..
their are difference in opinion in the company only.
and i as a consumer is suffering.
don't know who will solve.
