[Resolved] Vodafone Essar Company — wrong bill | |||
I Anup Kumar Kirti had activated internet on my blackberry with a plan of Rs. 249 rental per month with 15kb per paisa as download charge 5 days before ( on 14th April 2010 ) & deactivated the same on 19th April 2010. The plan which I activated on my blackberry was suggested by Vodafone customer care & blackberry customer care but they did not intimated me that this plan is too expensive or the details about the plan sold to me. Yesterday on 19th April 2010 I received the message that my unbilled amount stands Rs. 23912/- which exceeds my credit limit of Rs. 15000/- & I have to pay the said amount immediately to get uninterrupted services. As of now my outgoing has been deactivated. I had used internet services hardly for 1:30 hrs then how come that Vodafone can charge such a huge amount from the customer. I am using the no. ( [protected] ) a postpaid connection which is a corporate connection issued to me by my company Johnson Controls India Pvt. Ltd. My concern is that customer care should guide the consume properly with all the details of the plan so that the customer must be well aware about the plan which he is going to take. Why should a customer suffer due to the fault of customer care ? Hence I request you to look into matter & resolve issue & activate my outgoing services. I don't deny to pay the actual amount for using the internet for 1:30 hrs on my device. Promptness in this regard will be highly appreciated. Waiting for some positive response.
