Vodafone Essar — Carelessness of the company

My Number was closed by someone else statting that the card is lost but I didnot asked the company to do so. the company took the decision of closing the number without even verfying the documents such as address proof or driving license. This has caused me a severe loss of studies as I couldnot recieve any calls or make any. The company always telld the people that pls come and verify the documents and noe they have proved that it is just a formality if any of you are having any problem with the same service provider then pls contact me at my e-mail, I am really serious about getting the company sued at the court.
