"Dear sir/Madam,
I am using your mobile service for more than 3 years and I have taken more than 20 cug connection from your company fore my staff,since last two month I am facing a lots of problem with your billing system.
In the month of april 2011 billing cycle I was got so many reminder regarding the make payment else your service will be stop ed and I have to rush to your office for making payment.
You can check my payment history I have always make advance payment and it always shows the negative balance.
And again this month my out going call facility stop ed.
I am very much disturbed and disappointed about your services and charges shows in the bill especially in the date 30.05.2011 which is shows rs.7639.35 it is more than the blackberry instrument cost.
For above matter I have spoken to your call center
but I have not got satisfactory response.
Request you to please resolve my complaint and do not force me withdrawn all cug connection and sift to other operator. "
