[Resolved] Vodafone Essar — My IVR blocked Cant able to call customer care | |||
Dear Sir/mam, I am a Vodafone user of past 9 years its services best than other networks but from last 2 weeks i am facing lots of difficulty i Cant able to connect to customer care no 111 or 198 . My IVR is blocked i was complaint many times there is no proper response. Vodafone agents are not having helping tendency to customers I need my IVR get released very soon otherwise release my no for port out immediately.....
