Vodafone Essar — delay in refund of security

I have ported out my two vodafone numbers i.e[protected] porting date 27 jan and another number[protected] porting date 20 feb 011 .. about 90 days have been passed but the company is not refunding the security amount deposited agst these numbers, on several times contacting over theier store, the customer care executive says it will take some more time while intially they said the amount would be refunded within 45 to 60 days
