Vodafone — Extra Billing | |||
Dear Sir I have requested to deactivate Internet Plan of 499/-per month & to activate the 99/-per month internet plan. But no action was taken by Vodafone service center. Whenever i called them they asking me to visit Vodafone store again and again, 4 times already i have visited the Vodafone store.My request no. for both above describe plan is [protected] & [protected] on dated 24.04.2012.About 3000/- excess billing the have mail me. I am disputing a charge on my bill dated 06.03.11. The charge is Rs 2425 and is in the amount of Rs 7679.
The amount is in error because I have Activated Black Berry Plan on 8 Feb .After that date i have not been able to use any kind of GPRS OR VODAFONE LIVE on My HANDSET. Till Date I even don't have Settings of VODAFONE LIVE on my Handset.
As per my knowledge Customer cannot use VODAFONE LIVE with BLACK BERRY 299 Plan .
I have visited Store as well and talked to many Supervisors on CUSTOMER CARE but felt HELPLESS .
