[Resolved] Vodafone — EXTRA CHARGES IN BILL | |||
I DR VINODKUMAR BABURAO BALAPURE, am a post paid customer of VODAFONE mobile no.-[protected].In my november 2012 bill they have charged me Rs 50 extra for itemised bill service . However I have never requested for the same service.The customer care service not giving me proper response.Every time the customer care executive giving differnt reasons.One of the executive told me that ,it will be debited from my next bill.
