Vodafone — First they don't answer query for one month and after providing wrong information they simply late payment charges | |||
I have first filed complaint via email for extra roaming charges on 12th April and after that continously i was filling complaints via Emails or calls. I got no response on email and through phone wrong and utter rubbish information was provided to me. When dissatisfied i payed the bill minus the amount i felt that was charged extra to me, i am now charged Rs 100 as late payment charges. Please tell how stupid and rubbish kind of service Vodafone is giving in India. They are charging Rs 100 for late payment of Rs 50 and because of thier irresponsible and late response I have not payed the amount. This is very unsatisfactory and would advice No one to opt for Vodafone as it full absurd rules and regualations. I demand to lay-off Rs100 from my bill, otherwise would file an official complaint against Vodafone. And moreover the customer care executive gives no authentic information and they lack proper speaking language also, eithet be English or Hindi.
