[Resolved] Vodafone, Firstsource — NON ACTIVATION OF SIM | |||
I own this no. [protected] of Vodafone for the last 5 years. On 15th April 2010 the validity of my no. expired. A validity recharge for lifetime activation was done on the same day at approximately 10.22hrs. The customer care of vodafone informed that the connection shall be restored within 4hrs, but it didnot happen. Again they said that it takes 24 hrs to avtivate the same. On 16th April 2010 it was supposed to be activated by 10.30hrs, but didnot happen. Again on calling the the customer care it was said that it will take 48hrs to activate the connection. Please provide a resoultion to the same and a justification for such a delay. As this is a major harrasment to me, I hold only this no. & I am not able to contact my family already paid for the services. Besides, I was harrased by the customer service people by not receiving the proper feedback. Was this information helpful? | |||
