[Resolved]  Vodafone — Flash Messages

I am getting flooded by flash messages on my vodafone number. Have complained more than 10 times on 198, but still it doesn't stop. Each time they tell to send some "CAN FLASH" message to 144, deactivate flash on vodafone services in hanset, or they just take complains and say it will be stopped in next 4 hours. The message keeps on coming all day and night, whenever I have to use my phone, i need to cancel around 50-100 messages. I don't know why do these people provide such services if they do not have the expertise to do so. Can any one look into the matter more diligently or the customers just need to quit their service and switch to other service providers.

hi sir my name is saeed khan i am used Vodafone prepaid company and my mobile no is [protected] prepaid by flash i am open key lock after then my balance dedication 3.5.7.10rs and company not able to refund balance Vodafone company SA massage charges not refund sir Vodafone company is daily dedication many consumer balance i have not a any sample number but this is true sir i wants help to all Consumer please check this Request thank you

Same problem for me too. Vodafone have gone worst and the customer satisfaction is ruining. These people can't even control a flash SMS, that too send by them. Its Pathetic yaar. Worst experience that i have ever got from a service. Even a small emerging network services are doing good. I advice no one to go for this network. Raise your complaint in consumer court and sue these people. We have right to do boss. Tc
