Dear all, Its highly disappointing that every time I call at your call center , I have never kept the call with a happy note . Today was the height [16th august] . I called twice on your CC , [protected] and spoke to 2 incompetent executives who very conveniently have disconnected my call while I was speaking . your floor supervisors are busier that the PM of India . they never come on call. Anyways its useless telling you guys all this , as you guys just done improve . From the best to the worst ever customer service . Here I my issue : I Called CC , because I wanted to know by plan details and wanted to change to a better plan . and to my surprise and absolute horrow , I was told my BB plan has been changed from 299 to 399 since a few months . the reason I was told is that I was porting out of Vodafone so u changed my plan . Is this how you cheat your customers who blindly pay your bills on time . just because I don’t check your bills and trust you , you have cheated me . Actually a fraud . I have never requested for a PORT out . when I asked the second agent from where he got this information he dropped my call. I wanted a complaint number so that I could also mail it to you . BUT HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO GIVE YOU A COMPLAINT NUMBER WHEN YOUR CALL CENTER KEEPS DISCONNECTING MY CALLS . the number I was calling from is 61497361. So you can go and check the call recording if you feel I am lying . Now , first of all I need to know why did my plan change without I being asked or updated . if I don’t pay your bill even a day late you guys call 10000 times , send 100 sms’s and your dirty collection agenies keep calling . but to change my change without even informing me is disgusting and cheap . you guys can do anything just to extract more money . I need a call back from your appellate authority , explaining me when and where did I try to port out . why is my BB plan changed without asking me . If I don’t get a revert in 24 hours not that I have much choice but I will disconnect my number , because I am no ambani that I can afford to spend to spend so much money on you guys . from the date you have changed my plan please refund me the extra charges . I wanted to go on a higher plan with 3G internet service , but now I don’t want to do it , because am worried you will again change me with fraud services .
