[Resolved] Vodafone — Fraudulent services by Vodafone | |||
I have been using Vodafone services for the past few months and have had such a bad experience that I have finally decided to terminate the connection. They activate unwanted plans without your knowledge and deduct balance from the account. For example, Vodafone Live was activated automatically on my phone and balance deducted at regular intervals. Customer care people asked me to send "CAN VL" to 111 to deactivate the same. I tried it several times but everytime I got "Invalid Keyword" as response. Tried sending "HELP" to "111" but again got the same response. Customer care people say this is the only way to deactivate "Vodafone Live" and nothing else could be done but to let the balance deducted. Even their site feedback form does not work and their nodal officers never pick the calls. When you call the customer care, they keep you in waiting for more than half-n-hour and if you are patient enough to wait, you can have the "PRIVILEGE" of talking to them, only to be kept on hold and disconnecting the call. This is a very pathetic and unacceptable behaviour. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Was this information helpful? | |||
