[Resolved] Vodafone — Partiality with customers | |||
Hi I'm Sagar Bhatt here, I'm using vodafone prepaid number [protected] since last 7 years. My average use is around 500 rs/month. Yesterday I approach to customer care for reduce call rate he denied & said there is no scheme available for you & while my room mate his use is lower than me still he got good scheme of reduce call rate, he is also getting full talktime offer. I have not got such kind of offer so I gently ask to on what basis they are giving offers to customer but he denied to answer that question. I asked to transfer my call to his supervisor but he denied & cut down the my phone. This is not first time but before this I also marked that vodafone customer care representatives are not behaving in proper manner with customers. They should know this: If we don’t take care of our customers, someone else will... Was this information helpful? | |||
