[Resolved] Vodafone — GPRS service charged unnecessarily | |||
I use two corporate post paid connections. I have one of them Vodafone Corporate ( Post Paid ) mobile connection with the number[protected]. But the for billing period[protected] to[protected], I was shocked to see the billing error charges unnecessarily for the GPRS Rs. 144.1/- for the date 12/03/2012 and Rs. 1042.3/- for the 13/03/2012. I never did use the GPRS itself on the mobile. When mailed to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com worst to see with the reply saying that I had used the mobile for the GPRS .! I find that this as the worst ever billing service from the Vodafone almost in the past 3 years of billing cycle for the number[protected] during the period[protected] to[protected] with the Erroneous billing charges against the GPRS.
