I AM REALLY VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE AS i HAVE BEEN TO CUSTOMER CARE SHIVRANJANI BRANCH AND I WAS TOLD TO DOWNLOAD SOME PATCHES FROM INTERNET http://www.vodafone.in/existingusers/VBS/Pages/3gusb_stick.aspx FROM SAME LINK SO I HAD DONE IT EVEN IT WAS FOR 3D THAT I ASKED CONCERNED PERSON THEN ALSO I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTION FOR SAME. SO I HAVE DONE IT AFTER 90 MIN DOWNLOADING I GOT TO KNOW IT WONT HELP FOR SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN FACING SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2 MONTHS THEN ALSO NO SUPPORT FROM YOUR SIDE, I DO NOT HAVE TIME SO I CAN GO VISIT THERE 3 TIMES IN A WEEK AND SPENT AN HOUR THERE AND FINALLY I COULD GET TO KNOW NOTHING FROM THERE. YOU SEND ME YOU SEND ME YOUR CHAIRMAN EMAIL ID OR SOME AUTHORITY SO I CAN VISIT PERSONALLY THERE. I DONT HAVE ANY WAY TO SOLVE THIS BECAUSE I THINK YOU PEOPLE HELPLESS.
